Part of my talk at #NAEMSP2025 so don’t want to spill the beans but lots of impedance/energy data that suggest AP is in fact the superior vector for defibrillation. May take a slight bit longer but little doubt it’s more effective from our data from the #DOSVF trial. Speed vs
@armyemdoc Every modern defibrillator has data on chest impedance and an estimate of delivered energy. Pad placement and targeting ventricular mass are variables. @DrCheskes thoughts?

For the past 40 years, UChicago Medicine's medical helicopter has transported and cared for critically ill patients. The unique program, known as the UChicago Medicine Aeromedical Network (UCAN), has an interesting backstory.
