Before joining CRHLP, Diana was Director of U.S. Judicial Strategy at the Center for Reproductive Rights. There, Diana conceived and led strategies to build stronger constitutional jurisprudence and legal rights for reproductive autonomy over the long-term.

28-year-old Josseli Barnica suffered for 40 hours during the miscarriage of her second child before Texas doctors would give her emergency care. As this story details, she ultimately died of a preventable infection three days later due to the delay of treatment.
