In December 2020: We went to work We held people's hand as they died We did CPR on NHS staff who ultimately died of COVID We turned most of our hospital into a red zone Break time was spent two metres apart from each other None of what the people did in this video was ok.

Don’t disagree with takes here. Most of my patients are elderly, frail, overwhelmed. Hard to know if reasonable for them to be informed about their meds without help. Medication charts would be useful. Important to acknowledge that blister packs do not prevent noncompliance.

@Dr_Oubre Stop dipping the urine in older patients; “bilateral lower leg cellulitis” (almost always) isn’t; PR examination has higher yield than CT head in delirium; why the hell are you putting elderly patients on amitriptyline, check the Mg2+, & CPR is not a treatment for ordinary dying.
