This is a sad day. Drew shaped my childhood with his incredible art/movie posters dominating the 80’s and 90’s. Many try to imitate the Struzan style today, but most attempts are soulless. I’m so grateful I got to meet him at SDCC years ago. Nicest guy too! You will so be missed!
Drew Struzan has sadly passed away at the age of 78. He was the legendary artist that worked on posters for the original 6 ‘Star Wars’ films, ‘Back to the Future’, ‘Indiana Jones’, ‘The Thing’ & much more.
