My bad for the 3am sad post. Health grind is just going slower than I thought, makes sense though I guess you can’t spend 10 years getting to almost 600 pounds and fix it in 5 months. I’m sad about other random shit too but it really does not matter, I just gotta stay locked in.

It’s hard to explain but I feel like even though I got up from the heart attack, I really didn’t. Just been absolutely dead inside pretending I’m not for 5 months. Was able to help my mom retire with some of the money I saved up so at least there’s that.
