Yes…it is true. It is time to say I have walked off the sideline for the last time. We have been beyond fortunate over the years. My pride in what we accomplished is indescribable. My love for my players & coaches over the years is immeasurable. Thank You to all. Go Wolves!!

Sidenote… Day 1 took my first ride in a self driving car 🫣 WILD 🤯 Day 2 stopped to watch Coach Lara from Los Amigos Duel Immersion School and his MS boys 🏐 battle for playoff spot Coach Lara started the day not sure why he was at PC training By the end we all knew why 🎯

Understanding this concept and understanding how to neutralize this concept is a key to developing consistency. At least it was for me. Requires self discipline from leadership to plant the proper seeds to eventually reap the desired harvest 🌱
