Checkmate is very appropriate too, it is the same feeling I felt with Superman. It is like a game of chess, moving the pieces into play while taking the queen (Lex) before going full gambit. But a Pawn (Flag Sr.) will make it to the other side & the queen will be back in playโ๏ธ๐

#Peacemaker finale and after a few hours to take it in, I respect the choices. Finally, no 3rd act/season ending CGI/all stakes kind of ending the genre has fallen foul of recently. Then Smallville & dare I say mid 00's drama (i.e. The O.C.) vibes with the music set pieces? ๐๐ผ
