At the Chief Magistrates Court of Kiruhura, I successfully secured bail for four NUP-affiliated accused persons: Asiimwe Jameson, Kabunga Stephen, Muhereza Shafic, and Alimpisa Laban. Once again, the State failed to produce any witnesses to others who had no surities.

When the police go as far as unleashing dogs on people who support Kyagulanyi, it shows that they harbor even more harmful intentions toward all NUP supporters.

Today, I visited 19 women NUP political prisoners at Mbarara Prisons to express solidarity and offer comfort. Their resilience in the face of difficult circumstances is inspiring, and I remain committed to standing with them in the struggle for justice and freedom.

In Lyantonde Magistrates Court, we have successfully secured court bail for all five accused persons facing charges of assault. The individuals are: 1. Mr. Kisitu Godfrey 2. Mr. Mbayo Richard 3. Mr. Ayesiga Hamza 4. Mr. Nelson Ndyasima 5. Mr. Kigozi Hamidu

I finally secured court bail for my friend who was arrested for supporting NUP at the Mbarara Chief Magistrates Court. We demand the swift and unconditional release of all political prisoners.

This morning, together with Counsel Shamime, we successfully secured court bail for Mr. Kisitu Godfrey and Mr. Mayo Richard at Lyantonde Magistrates Court. We extend our sincere appreciation to His worship for upholding justice.

The persecution against NUP supporters in Uganda has reached an unprecedented level, unseen even during the regimes of Idi Amin and Milton Obote. So far, 48 supporters are in Mb'ra prisons, Fort Portal 15, 31 in Kiruhura, and 5 in Lyantonde Prisons.

All the above-listed NUP supporters have been remanded today to Mbarara Prisons until 19th November 2025. Please review their names so that we can identify and secure sureties for each of them.

I wish to extend my deepest gratitude to Counsel Shamime & others for standing with me in providing legal services to the NUP supporters who are currently in prison for nothing more than supporting the NUP. 38 are being charged with Obstruction C/S 221 & 10 on traffic offences.

Despite receiving official instructions to represent 89 NUP supporters currently detained at Mbarara CPS, the police have denied me access from Saturday to date. This action is a violation of the constitutional right to legal representation under Article 28(3)(d).
