Before y’all come accusing me of being anti-Caitlin Clark, I am just anti bad officiating. If I were Clark, I’d do it every possession until they call it. Kudos to her for taking advantage of the way she’s officiated. It’s smart.
I’m trying to be a fan, Caitlin, but you’re not doing yourself any favors. How are you the only person affiliated with women’s basketball who hasn’t heard the narratives THAT ARE ABOUT YOU?!
Ahead of tonight’s
#IndianaFever
vs
#LASparks
game, rookie
#CaitlinClark
said she doesn’t hear the narratives regarding the disparity of the treatment she receives compared to others in the league.
Angel never had a broken shot. She was just reluctant to shoot. The biggest hurdle for her probably was the fact that she could score without shooting jumpers in college so she didn’t feel comfortable taking them. Hesitating on an open jumper is the easiest way to miss it.
@RGIII
@SiobhanBeslow
You should probably delete your original post because it’s getting way more attention. I’m sure you’d prefer the truth to get out rather than going viral.
@trendyhoopstars
It’s hilarious how differently they wrote about Angel and Clark in this article. Bringing up drama with her but ignoring the drama for Caitlin. Excusing the lackluster statistics for Caitlin. Am I the only one who sees this?
What they’re doing to Kim Mulkey and LSU is a hit job. Leak the existence of a story that makes her have to comment. When she comments, then she comes off as guilty. If she waits until the story drops, then y’all take it as gospel anyway. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t
So since this guy is pulling numbers trying to create a narrative, let’s put them into context. Since you brought up Angel Reese, let’s address the Sky’s attendance. The Sky have played 5 away games. Sellout against Dallas B2B. Sellout against New York Liberty. Sellout against…
NUMBERS for you.
Caitlin Clark and Fever are responsible for 33.5% of total WNBA attendance this season so far.
Cameron Brink (Sparks) has been a slightly better attraction on the road than Angel Reese (Sky)
Only Aces didn't have CC effect.
Angel has some ELITE professional basketball traits. Give her an off-season of professional strength and conditioning and working on her offensive bag and you have at least a top 15 player next season.
Three different defensive possessions where Angel Reese caused turnovers. Her ability to switch out an guard on the perimeter is on full display as well as being a great team/help defender. She impacts the game on both sides of the 🏀‼️
@Paralex
@mymixtapez
You really don’t have to come here and lie. Thats a lot. Especially for a southern artist. Especially when you realize all the illegal downloads prior to 2010.
@cbrennansports
At what point do we sit back and realize that the goal of putting together an Olympic team is to, ya know, win the Olympics? Only a dozen American women get to make this team. You want to tell an elite player that the spot is going to Caitlin Clark even though she isn’t…
@MulhollandL0ver
“New blacks” and I’m probably older than you. I said nothing that’s inflammatory. Black folk like you spend more time defending white people against phantom attacks than you do protecting your own.
Please do not slander HVL on her way out. She did her best and improved as the season progressed. The offense this year, because of personnel, did not fit her play style. It really wasn’t going to benefit any point guard in that system.
@kenswift
Her teammates and coach are being attacked by her fans. The teammate she says is helping her the most had to delete her socials because of her fans. She should have said something. When you have that platform and remain silent on issues like that, expect criticism.
@respectthegrind
@MarkWoodleyTV
A player that averaged 23 and 15 while leading her team to a national championship isn’t great, huh? How many of those other players you named have done that?
Pray for Houma, Belle Rose, Labadieville, Morgan City, thibodaux, patterson, Cocodrie, Golden Meadow, Raceland, etc. when you send that prayer up for New Orleans.
The relationship between
@Reese10Angel
and Kim Mulkey is special. I’m grateful to have witnessed this combination every home game for 2 years. This was Angel’s last time checking out of the game at the PMAC.
@bomani_jones
The actual rapping part is the issue I have with it. I don’t know how to describe it other than to say it simply does not sound good. He’s supposed to be this talented rapper, but it’s not evident in the track.
@MGoldlabel89
Clark initiates the contact. The defensive player is entitled to her space. Clark moves her, grabs her arms, then pushes her off. That’s an offensive foul, man lol. It’s not even debatable 🤣
Time to mute. Apparently you can’t hold her accountable for lying, nor can you expect her to protect the women in a league that helped build the foundation for her to be who she is now without being a hater. I’m a fan of all these women, but I’m also not blinded by fandom.
@bomani_jones
Bo, Clark’s teammates probably got a kick out of that. They’ve taken up for her, supported her, but when they needed it from Caitlin, she pretended to not know what was going on. Nobody wants to defend someone who has shown she wouldn’t do the same for them.

@dan_bernstein
@LaurenceWHolmes
@leilarahimi
This isn’t true and Dawn knows it. LSU and Angel Reese brought plenty of eyes to Caitlin Clark. Before the “you can’t see me” gesture Angel made to Caitlin, more people knew Angel. Following this, y’all made Angel the villain and CC the hero.
@njones0835
@EmmanuelAcho
Spot on? No he wasn’t. He was wrong from the first assumption he made. She didn’t just get up there crying. Someone asked her a question and she got emotional answering along with knowing it was her last game. Also wrong because she didn’t make herself a villain, “they” did.
@ChrisVannini
Exactly. It’s basketball. What’s telling is that people who hoop are good with this. It’s the football players and fans of other sports who’ve never played ball before complaining. This happens at every level every single day. Get used to it.
@SimJoeMoore
Yeah, I don’t want to call you delusional, but you’re looking real biased right here. This isn’t even debatable. Have you played basketball before?
@jemelehill
No she doesn’t. The guy who is writing it is a South Carolina guy. He’s threatening her and the university the week of the NCAA tourney. He lied to multiple former players for comment. This isn’t his first time doing this to an LSU coach. I’ve heard it’s a non story anyway.
@MulhollandL0ver
There’s nothing about me that makes me insecure about my blackness. But I know what you’re getting at. Its a tactic that black folk like you use when you want to dog whistle. It’s lame. It’s tired. Performative? Man I have merely 500 followers, and I speak what I feel.
@iam_johnw
Nah, JJ wrong on this one. Kendrick only said that 80% of the voters for mvp are white. JJ took that and attacked kendrick for something he did not say. Kendrick was very careful of what he said that entire segment. I’m usually on JJ’s side, but not with this.
@njones0835
@EmmanuelAcho
No! Y’all just made Caitlin Clark the hero, so when she beat her and showed her up the same way Clark showed up numerous other teams in her career. All Angel did was play well, win, and talk smack. There’s no difference between her and Clark in that manner.
@adene007
@EmmanuelAcho
He’s trying to halfway walk his comments back. Doing everything except apologizing. If that’s the case, why make the video? He’s disingenuous.
@blkbeauteous
Undervalued in college too. Was the best player in college her junior year according to advanced metrics. Had to play out of position and take a back seat sometimes because of the talent surrounding her this past season. She should never have been outside the top 3 picks.
@smvanderels
@trendyhoopstars
One of the turnovers was due to the refs not calling an obvious foul but instead a travel. 2 of the fouls were intentional. When you lose a game by 8 points and you play damn near the whole game, +/- becomes a team stat.
I feel like we didn’t talk about this dribble drive enough for me. Someone on here told me a few days ago that Angel ain’t got ball handling or passing skills… oh okay
One thing about 5, she gon shut y’all doubters up every time
@KenHeLive
@trendyhoopstars
The league leading 3 technical fouls. Her behavior on the court towards other players. The conflict with Carter. The noted flopping. Her confrontation with Vivians. Have you even been paying attention? And who doesn’t talk about Reese as a player? Who is YALL? Everybody I know…
@brugunna
@cbrennansports
Well let Caitlin do the skeet shooting competition since y’all want her to participate in Olympic sports she isn’t qualified for.
The culture is that anything you read about someone is true unless you actually like the person. Then it’s all made up. Mulkey isn’t perfect, but y’all are trying to bury her because y’all disagree with her or are hating on her. Meanwhile, LSU’s players are collateral damage.
@GregoryLEwing1
@fettyfilm
Dijonai is nalyssa’s ole lady. She called her out on here. Aliyah Boston’s bestie also called out Caitlin for her position earlier today.
@jemelehill
And on the flip side, if anyone in the NFL could play in the NBA, they’d be in the NBA. Who’s choosing NFL over NBA if they’re guaranteed a spot?
@HailStateWBK
@nyliberty
@WNBA
I feel like y’all did this on purpose. Now y’all have people under the post rightly calling you out for this which unfortunately takes away from Jessika. Congrats, jessika. I want to see you ball out.
- an LSU fan
@GregoryLEwing1
@fettyfilm
Man we know the answer to that.
Damage control
The fallout was starting to come from people close to her teammates. She had lost credibility in the locker room. Another wrong turn would’ve made HER too polarizing this time for Nike’s liking. This has damage control written all…
Jealous of a 21 year old Angel Reese because she could never get as much attention as Angel. Taurasi should’ve waved bye-bye to her floundering career years ago. Angel won’t have to dribble a ball in Russia. DT should get out her feelings and get a bag.
“Wave bye bye to your own career.”
Diana Taurasi with the not so subtle diss to Angel Reese on Reese Bye-Bye to Middle Tennessee’s Anastasiia Boldyreva.

Yes. She absolutely does. Maybe not at that moment. She’s already sad because they lost. I don’t think you understand what that young lady has been through. She’s 21 with every move she makes being scrutinized. She’s had AI porn images of her made. Targeted by racists…
@WomensHoops_USA
Angel Reese at 2. I’m not sure why people undervalue what she does. She’s the most versatile defender in the country, best rebounder, a great scorer and is putting up numbers while deferring to other great players. And the refs let teams play crazy physical against her.
@monique504Q
Doesn’t work when it’s about you versus every other player in the league including your teammates. Poor Aliyah is over there struggling mentally because of those narratives you claim you don’t hear. Right after you say she’s helping you transition to the W. I don’t rock with that
@CFBRep
LSU has too many down years in football to be number 1, but when LSU is good, that brand draws the most clicks and eyes out of any school. The swagger and marketability of the program and it’s players is one of a kind when they’re rocking and rolling.
Grown women yapping on the sidelines to a 21 year old in the process of sending their team home. Close begging for a tech when she should’ve been telling her guards to stop letting LSU rattle them.
@mustik_capalot
@OfficialEvanAZ
@LegionHoops
He’s not the best defender, but please don’t let the Nets organization off the hook for this. If you can score 40 points in 3 quarters in an NBA game, you deserve minutes. They’re ruining this man’s chance at receiving a big second contract.
