It's just a Q, not an accusation. And to some extent we all do it. But isn't it getting a little out of hand ? It's the same polarisation as everywhere else. It's no bueno. And sure, he's world's richest man. It's still only a single human being, everyone has a breaking point.

Old man syndrome. Spinal/cervical compressions, puts pressure on nerves, causing muscle tension/contractions that doesn't let up quickly? Increased Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) pressure (water hammer?) causing pain? Bizarre/unethical/risky specialist hasn't been consulten IMHO.
