January was ‘self help’ for my daughter that is delayed. This book has been eye opening and given us so much hope. Without realising it, we had put our little one on the modified Nemechek protocol and seen amazing results! So excited for more gains 🙏🏼

I made it with a twist! •Stelline in vegetable broth (cuz we are still under the weather) •Roast Turkey leg (hubby’s favourite) •Green beans in olive oil and garlic •Stewed coloured peppers •Polenta And for dessert: •Roasted chestnuts •Fresh fruit STUFFED!!

I’m not American, but i absolutely love Thanksgiving. My little fam have so much to be thankful for this year I decided to make a mini dinner just for us -whilst watching the incredible football match!

Other than a runny nose, I have no fever and no sore throat. I taste and smell just fine and I have a ravenous appetite 😅 Maybe it is a false positive after all!

Tuga husband and Tuga child are negative so doctor told me to test again tomorrow in case it was a false positive. I’m holding out hope that I managed to dodge that damn thing for 2.5 years 😅 Let’s see what the test says tomorrow

3-weeks ago my daughter brought home another plague 🦠 I went to the doctor 10-days ago and after taking the meds I felt better & went out for meetings and ran errands. 2-days later I got sick again. Today I tested positive for covid 🤦🏻♀️

A very close friend of mine died 10-days ago, and grieving whilst being far away from our circle has been the worst. This morning my own thoughts scared me. I need to go and get some help.

It took time but it happened! They told me they wanted to give me a bigger role but didn’t have the budget until now. Commended me on my dedication, perseverance, hard work, and patience. Raise kicks in next month. #grateful 🥹🙏🏼
Did it. I sent a lengthy and well written email to the CEO and Founder, showing what I bring to the table. I was promised a more permanent role a while back.. so I am hoping and praying the fact that I took the initiative to do extra work (necessary & useful!) I’ll get the job
