"ENOUGH OF THIS FARCE!" Cell, like a lightning bolt himself, launched himself at Zilla, his foot connecting like a bullet to the saiyans chest. Shattering the barrier as the two impact the ground as the smoke clears Cell stands over Zilla +++

With every strike lightning strikes in toe, the saiyan was in the eye of a raging storm. Without any cover as Cells surgical strikes work to break the saiyan. Cell uppercuts Zilla as the lightning strikes his chest, sending him downward to the ground below. Cell flies up +++

Pointing a finger to Zilla as a bolt strikes him, breaking his guard. Cell like a lion on a wounded animal attacks. Left hook lightning to Zillas right side, Right overhead lightning to his left, Left roundhouse lightning, Front face kick lightning ++++

Cell chuckles as he watches Zilla struggling "Hahaha, you know what they say the best defense is a greater offense. However, I like the best of both worlds. This is the offense technique of my Perfect Barrier, the inner storm, THE STORM CHAMBER!" Cell proclaimed ++++

Slowly, the barrier grows, eventually overtaking the beam and even Zilla. In the barrier, three bolts of purple lightning strike Zilla. Followed by Cell knee driving into his gut before he could catch his breath, another bolt strikes the saiyans back. +++

Cell watches as the blast approaches he cracks a smile as he puts his arms up in an X "I commend you boy you've backed me into a corner, forcing me to use a barrier," Cells arms swing down as a large purple barrier swirling with lightning meets the beam head on +++
