W najbliższy wtorek będę w Poznaniu, gdzie będę miał przyjemność wygłoszenia referatu w ramach Poznańskich Akademickich Seminariów Archeologicznych. Zapraszam!

No i nie mogę pominąć faktu, że wśród świątecznych prezentów znalazło się wspaniałe, ilustrowane wydanie "Ziemiomorza". Jeśli królową była Le Guin, królem był Dan Simmons z "Hyperionem", którym to już zdążyłem obdarować najbliższych :P. Co tu dużo mówić, RE-WE-LA-CJA.

Zacząłem z kolei rok "Jesteśmy snem" (The Lathe of Heaven). Jeśli ktoś jeszcze nie czytał, a szuka lektury, która nie tylko da wytchnienie, ale też skłoni do myślenia - gorąco polecam).

Podsumowując rok, mogę powiedzieć, że 2024 był wspaniały pod względem jakości lektur science-fiction, które przeczytałem. Niekwestionowaną królową była Ursula Le Guin. Przeczytałem w całości "Sześć światów Hain" kończąc rok niedoścignionymi "Wydziedziczonymi"!

Od dziś wplatając w zajęcia anegdotki o śmierci różnych cesarzy będę miał materiał ilustracyjny. Hmm, czy to nie symboliczne, że książeczka dotarła do mnie ostatniego dnia roku? PS. Uważajcie na siebie dziś. Kommodus nie uważał...
