Things like if you are a renter and never miss a rent payment should be factored in. Same for all of the other monthly bills you have to pay that aren't necessarily a credit card.

@TrotKatt @pulte It mainly has to do with the percentage of your available credit you are using. If that 15k represented a large portion of your available credit, it will kill your score. It's a dumb system.
