I think I would have given UGA the 2-seed after beating Alabama the way they did. We all love a Cinderella, and I know they had to because of the rules, but I do have mixed emotions over putting two teams in this playoff with virtually zero chance of winning it.

I've always said the first round games should be neutral site and the second round games should be home field because who is to say 8 is so much better than 9 that they should get home field. But that's about as fair an 8-9 as possible since OU beat Bama in Tuscaloosa this year.
