To make sure I’m reading this right - you’re insinuating your power comes from your chest and your hips rotate as a byproduct of this movement?
Grab a 50 lb medicine ball and toss it in a rotational fashion. Your body won't say let me move this extremely heavy object by firing my hips. It will move the weight with your chest it will coil and uncoil in turn it will load your hips for you.

The Shedeur Sanders coverage is a great case study of how emotion alters the ability to view things objectively. And that goes WAY beyond football…

Generic ball security drill as a warm up to start practice Likely only did this once or twice then got into next drill Wouldn’t read too much into it
What I’m trying to figure out is why we have decided a QB hopping through bags with no power in his backfoot to explode through players, attack a throw or take off and move is a thing we should practice? I have no idea how this hopping applies in game? Someone fill me in bc I

Teach tape from MHJ working DB’s blind spot to get him turned around Small details that can get a WR open opposed to just running the line on a drawing

Had 37 total TD: 1 INT last year and following that up with another great season! One of the most consistently accurate QB’s I’ve worked with and great decision maker. Dude can ball!
Regular Season Highlights (7 games) 94/137 (69%) 1575 yds 18 TD- 1 INT Grateful to have more games and an opportunity to make a run in the playoffs! @RecruitingACP @ACPFootball17 @COACHZAZCOLPREP @ctownrivals @gridironarizona @JUSTCHILLY @KevinMcCabe987

A private QB coach is supposed to take sole responsibility for a QB’s success when things are good and blame coaching when he struggles No wonder so many people want to be trainers!
What do you guys think a private QB coaches job is? I’ve realized based on comments I think folks are really misguided.

That “treat college players like pros” stuff sounds good until they start giving an 18 year old a plane ticket back home for a bad performance… Not saying it’s right or wrong - but that’s the reality of being an employee
Jets are releasing WR/returner Xavier Gipson, as @BrianCoz reported. Gipson lost a key fumble Sunday, and in the end, it cost him his job.

HS QB’s: you’re better off leaving average/below average plays OFF your hudl highlight. You’d rather a shorter highlight of GOOD plays than a long highlight of below average.

There’s so much good stuff Jordan Love is doing at the line of scrimmage (checking protections & routes) Elite

Such a game of inches.. The nickel blitzing gets feet tangled with the WR - allows just enough time for Blake to let it develop downfield or else it’s likely a sack What a game! https://t.co/5oBJrzbX31

There’s one physical trait a QB can’t live without… ACCURACY 🎯 See it every weekend. Don’t give a damn how hard you throw, how many “wow” throws you can make, etc.. You better be consistently accurate!

Hearing stories of parents sinking their savings into “NIL handlers” makes me sick Grown men hustling parents selling a dream. PARENTS: please do ALL your due diligence before writing a check
