Your coaches & teams work for you. Learn to utilize them to grow your company. If they aren’t/can’t, then be okay moving on. The right people in your company will make all the difference.

Has been up to 90. Really starting to show pitch ability. Going to be a steal for some school.
The team results were not what we hoped for in Lakepoint. Had my 5th start of the summer on the mound. Most H given up in a game but most were weak ground balls finding holes. Season high 9K. 5IP, 6H, 3ER, 1BB, 9K, 62% strikes, 21% SM. Second game in a row with 21%SM.

This young man has such great mound presence. Calm and consistent. Will be a guy to watch out for.
Had a lot of fun this past weekend at Grand Park. Faced solid Ghost National and Top Tier teams, finishing with 7.2 IP, 2 ER, 0 BB, and 5 Ks. Slider, sweeper, and splitter continue to generate whiffs. @teams_elite @LTBaseball @FlatgroundApp

Most people will never understand what it takes to be “special” because it’s not easy & takes tons of unseen effort. This young man decided to switch hit, after already committing to college. And then just simply went out & did this. Nothing slows down this train.

The baseball landscape is ever evolving. As a player or coach it’s about changing to meet the requirements of the game. Don’t be afraid to live outside your comfort zone. Do make sure everything you do is calculated and deliberate, even if it’s trying something new.

Player Development is a player thing. Coaches are for inspiration & and guidance on the journey. Don’t get it twisted, if you’re going to be successful it’s a YOU thing. Empty the tank, fill the tank, and repeat. Surround yourself with like minded people & support staff.
