A Flood Watch has been issued for Thursday beginning at midnight and continuing to 6 AM Friday.
A storm system will move across the area bringing locally heavy rainfall late Wednesday night though early Friday. A Flood Watch is now in effect from midnight Thursday through 6 AM Friday with rainfall totals from 1 to 3 inches and local amounts up to 6 inches within the Watch.
