We are devastated over the loss of one of our social workers to work place violence.

Many years ago we started teaching all @UCSFMedicine, @StopTheBleed. It has been a great effort in partnership with @zsfg Trauma Service. Many thanks to Sarah Garden, RN. The students now teach the community of San Francisco. Had a great session with 30 people this weekend.

This week we lost a surgical giant who was my surgical father. Dr Tom King died recently. He was so much to many of us who trained at Columbia Surgery. He taught us how be surgeons, educators, compassionate caregivers. He was a great man & we all will miss him. @ColumbiaSurgery

Two years ago Mayor Breed proclaimed 11/2/2023 “Dr Andre Campbell Day”. This year the nurses, MDs, staff help me celebrate the 2nd annual Dr Andre Campbell Day @ZSFGCare. We had a great celebration with food, fun, scub caps, hats and stickers. Many thanks to everyone!
