Last week, A4TE filed a brief in both cases, using historical examples of discrimination to show how current anti-trans bans are unconstitutional. We're proud to speak out for trans youth everywhere—ALL students deserve a chance to play.

The brief gives context to the exclusion of trans people today. Using the history of anti-LGBTQ+ discrimination, A4TE lawyers demonstrate how bans on trans participation are unconstitutional. A4TE is proud to put this argument directly before the court. (2/3)
