Seeing lots of red today after $PLTR reported last night. Even with record quarter, it is sliding lower in the pre-market. We have AMD as well as plenty of others still to report this week so expect swings to continue. Also remember a decent sell off would actually help the

ES down - 184 to the 50 SMA on Friday and up + 65 in the futures tonight. Which way do we go tomorrow?

LOL.. I couldn't resist. Days like today are when portfolio diversification, correct sizing and risk management really shine. I hope everyone was positioned with limited risk today. I'm still a cautious bull and days like today are to be expected and not a big deal.

Its still early, but we have pretty solid buying in the overnight session so maybe we do keep going higher this week. The earnings schedule is light this week with $NKE, $CCL, $CALM, $NG and $PAYX. Lets see what we get after the open. @TraderTammy1 @TG_ProfitPilot

Pattern Day trading rule is finally changing. FINRA is doing away with the 25K minimum equity rule pending approval from the SEC. In 2024, the average trading account balance at Robinhood was about 5K, so this is great news for small account traders. @TraderTammy1

Today is FED Day so how am I positioned? I think we get 25 bps and the market sells the news over the next week or 2, but who knows. To manage risk, I took some nice winners off the table ahead of today and am very light on trades. I prefer to sit on cash vs trying to pick a

Today, Stephen Miran was sworn in as the newest FED member and replaced Adriana Kugler who resigned. With the new addition to the FED line up, does this change the rate cut scenarios tomorrow? The odds still say a 96.1% chance of 25 bps cut. @TraderTammy1 @technigal618

@TraderTammy1 @TradingBruce @technigal618 @traderDanielle It looks like a bullish ascending triangle breakout to the upside on the $TSLA chart, but even that is by a few pennies. It is not overbought yet so it has some room to move higher. If old resistance becomes the new support that would confirm it.
