It completely depends on the day and strength of flows and whether the ticker is very rigged or not. This is in core very simple question and only reason it doesn't have simple answer is due to dynamics of flows and rigged component. Else people would have figured it out 1000.

@TradetheMatrix1 I simply can't trade backsides on smallcaps, either short or long. I always feel there's too much risk of a trend reversal, of a sudden squeeze or rugpull, because I'm doing "the obvious". Even though frontside seems riskier at 1st sight, it actually feels safer. Any advice?.

Why are strong cycles best to trade if you are long+short trader? Because you can always dig out a loss with new opportunity. Less pressure. #smallcaps.

$INHD longs, thought this will go parabolic so added more into strength and cutted. $HCWB longs .$OPAD type4 long was key one on the day, tried some shorts later as OPEN was flushing but OPAD just didnt wanna go, so flipped long but too late later. Hot flows as expected.

Solid read on $OPEN today, they went with initial push, forming bull trap close to 6 and flush it all out. As accurate as you can get with read. That said my execution flopped, got shaken out before the bigger push.

Pre market #trading is closest to gambling by mathematical default as you have least price action data to base decisions upon. More guessing and assuming. Thats why I have over years downsized PM trades significantly. #smallcaps.
