Very valid point on @KaitoAI which I is not talked about enough. Something which needs to be adjusted asap, because when the initial longer-term campaigns are gonna run out and the projects are going to notice that the x10 they got in awareness isn't really converting to any.
the issue with Kaito. > most yappers, just got other yappers as followers. how do solve this? reward people with Yaps + Smart followers. these are the two single best indicators of quality + influence.

Used to think this was mainly a US thing, but it's also starting to happen in The Netherlands. Getting more and more common for people to have €50k+ student debt and they can't even land a decent job at first because they don't know jack shit about practical skills. The way.
People go into 6 figures debt for a piece of paper they don’t even use. But won’t spend a year seriously learning a skill that could fund the rest of their life. Make it make sense.

Good marketeers understand:.- user attention.- split-testing.– platform incentives.- split-testing.– product market fit.– data tracking&analysing.– split-testing.– relentless curiosity.- analytical mindset. bad ones just spray and pray without a plan. great ones split-test.
what makes a good marketeer VS a bad one?. about to drop my take on this later today, but curious to hear that people think.

Got a lot of questions after my recent Everesting post (22 hours on the bike, 8,848m+ elevation gain). Main one is: "Why did you do it?". Well, endurance sports teach you how to be comfortable in discomfort. And what better way to train that than suffering for 22 hours.
Last Thursday, I did an Everesting on Alpe d’Huez. 8 ascents. 8,848m+ of elevation. 22 hours total bike ride. Easily the hardest physical challenge I’ve ever taken on. But also one of the most valuable. Learned a lot about suffering, my body, and my mind. 20th person in the
