I deleted my Facebook and Instagram accounts 3 months ago. And I limited my use of the other social platforms to 10 minutes a day. Nothing has ever had such a positive impact on my life, mood and happiness. Not even regular exercise or healthy eating. Game changer :)

8 yrs ago we lived in this bamboo hut for months. It had basic electricity, wifi and warm water. It cost 200usd a month. My early years in Asia were among my happiest times in my life. I had no materialistic possessions, no obligations and absolutely no pressures. I'm back soon
