Tremendous work from physician-parent @EmilyPT_MD, capturing such critical facets of the delicate work-life balancing act that is the reality for so many of us!.
Such a gift to read the emails from mom doctors all over the country, just writing to tell me they felt seen by my essay. I've heard parenting compared to waving at each other in the darkness. Thanks for waving a flashlight, all.
