Build the thing to demonstrate what the work looks like. Create a template for others to follow. Provide feedback and serve as a mentor to those who are trying. The SME questions @cammybean runs through in chapter 5 can be adapted for this purpose. #lrnchat

Heck no. Sure you can be thrown into the mix very quickly, but I think to become proficient at it (like anything) takes a bit more determination, discovery, dedication, practice, and a pinch of luck. #lrnchat
