Deals incoming. Company quite rightly putting themselves into the best negotiating position before signing them to get better deals. Precedent suggests up front payments for licences at least in the 10s of millions, possibly 100s, with total value up to the billions

None of these can be used by themselves as they are much too toxic, so they all need to be given with an ADC. However, note that ADCs are actually quite ineffective. The first ADC used dox as the warhead but it was effective enough (not enough made it into tumour cells).

I've been looking at the comparator AS gave Ambrx. Very similar stage to

(but single indication drug) with good P1/2 results. Had fast track. Worth $500m prior to data. Raised $75m last yr. SP dropped for 2 wks after data drop then 2 months later bought for $2bn.

So glad I was mentally prepared for this drop. Substantially de-risked awaiting the inevitable buyout. Could be this quarter, could be in years, but it will almost certainly be bought. If it isn't the rise will be choppy up to being a medium to large pharma. Happy to wait.
