Gen. Sir Roly Walker's RUSI slide on the importance for a Cav-borne UAV combination in the Expeditionary Division goes hard. Just need turreted systems to provide dual air defence and fire support for those motherships to satisfy the Lethality Requirement in later slides. #RUSI

I 💯 agree with this assignment of purpose to two, fully supported Divisions. Manoeuvre (3 DIV) and Expeditionary (1 DIV). Bravo to the Army.
The British Army wants 3rd (UK) Division to become all-tracked with Challenger 3 and Ajax. Ares would be repurposed as a heavy APC to replace Warrior. Meanwhile, Boxer would go to an all-wheeled 1st (UK) Division. If true, this is EXCELLENT news. All credit to whoever had the

Two "Frigate Factories" have now been built and opened in Scotland. 4 Frigate or Destroyer sized vessels can now be constructed indoors at any given time in the UK between BAES and Babcock for the Royal Navy or export customers. Existing facilities and other manufacturers also.
