Having a schedule for the day helps with the 'to do' things on a daily basis. It calms the mind and body because you already know what you need to do for the day and also those 'crazy moments'. A bit of taking a break, breathing in and out also helps.

I always set an alarm 2 hours ealier than my usual waking up time that's at 5am ...and i go for a jog and do some squads every morning and late i dobt take a taxi home instead i walk and that does the trick

I do my work out sessions in 1st thing in the morning before my day actually begins & in the afternoon once I've knocked off just a 30 minππΎββοΈ here and ππΏββοΈ there I get a whole hour done but I break it up into 2 sessions because ha.a life gets so sphithiphiting

Set yourself Weekly attainable goals...like checking your weight in the beginning of the week and check it at the end as well....Not only will you be gaining Fitness but your Psychological state will improve as well

use what's accessible to you, when u cook or busy in the house, do a few squads, use stairs instead of the lift when u have 15min, exercise ur arms, play with kids.. Run with them.

It's best to take a walk around our neighborhood when I get home from work. It helps me gain some fitness and I jog on weekends and when I am off.
