As the sign says, this may be our last year at the pond. To end on the 50th anniversary is a monumental achievement. We will evaluate things for moving forward and see if it truly is the end of our era here. (2/2)

For the last 50 years, our booth has been a staple at the regatta at the top of the pond. We have graciously appreciated all the support we have received and we can’t wait to see you all at the pond again today. We are all ready for another great year. (1/2)

Here are some aerial shots of Medalsis pond. As you can see, it is open quite a bit and with the impending weather, we are concerned this open water will get covered in snow before fully freezing over. Please be careful on any ice!!

Outside of responding to calls our members put in countless hours training. This morning they trained rope rescue and patient packaging. Simulating having to package and move someone up an embankment. Great job everyone!
