The Community 30 minutes, hosted by The Runs Podcast! 👌. @ 5:35pm🫡. You can walk/jog/run as far as you like🙌. For every lap you complete, we will donate £1 to @DiabetesUK 🙏. We will also have a rolling clock so you can check your 5k split👊. Entries available on the night!👏

14th August 2024….mark the date in history… The Tonypandy Track Classic was born! . Juniors smashed the 1km as did our invites with 2:18 & 2:55. 4 top 5k’s with 16:11(W) & 13:46(M) as quality winning times! . Thanks everyone for the support🙏. Results:
