🚨UPDATE🚨 @TheJusticeDept spokesman says it's a bad idea "to have the courts overturn" an unconstitutional act of gun registration by Congress. Since Marbury v. Madison in 1803, it has been settled that "an act of the legislature, repugnant to the Constitution, is void."
This DOJ spokesman is WRONG. Congress & the NFA cannot override the Constitution & Second Amendment. @USAttyPirro is refusing to enforce D.C.’s unconstitutional magazine ban & rifle/shotgun carry ban. @theJusticeDept should do the same with the NFA.
