At Firhill, he crafted a part-time team to compete at the highest level for years. He made us relevant after the peak and the dismantling of the '71 team in a way maybe we shouldn't have been. Legend covers it. Thank you for all the memories, Bertie.

Today was about many things but one thing brought us all together and that should take us forward whatever comes our way. We do it together with the same voice we had today. Today was Pure Textile.

Every new manager is a major event in a club's history. I chose mostly the red, yellow, and black colour palette as it seemed appropriate for a man steeped in the club's lore.
Probably the moment the game changed - a goal down and under pressure
@kieranwright01
produced a wonder save. Seconds later it's 1-1. A Big, Big moment - keepers don't get on scoresheets but this deserves a mention. Outstanding.
The Thistle family lost one of its own this weekend. Janice was never without a smile or a laugh and just seemed to cheer everyone around her up. Win lose or draw she made the place a better place on a Saturday. She will be missed by all who met her.
What a wonderful atmosphere in the ground tonight, truly wonderful. Nothing happens overnight and credit to everyone at the club involved but especially those few, many years ago who made a night like tonight happen. Ian, Dave and probably Jim and Lance. You were right. 👏👏👏
It was with great sadness that I learned that John Lambie had passed away today. But forever and ever, everytime I think of him, he will never fail to bring a huge smile to my face for memories to numerous to recall. For the best of times, Thank you John.
So that’s it. Thank you to everyone who said nice things. hopefully everyone will be back here soon. Now I need a brush. Championship confetti doesn’t clean itself. Enjoy the summer. Tommy.
The winning goal - a moment of poetry in amongst the carnage. It was football like your dad used to watch. Will be digesting this one for a while.

As is customary on the last home game of the season, the Jim Logue Memorial trophy is presented to the player who exemplifies the spirit of Partick Thistle. Gary Logue presents it to this year's winner Brian Graham.

A few familiar faces in the crowd today (this was taken at half-time) Chic, John Mitchell Mark Roberts, and Kris Doolan were spotted in the stands. Always good to see them all.
From his first game and his first goal celebration (he didn't make that mistake again 😀), the legend that is
@17ChrisErskine
will join the Hall of Fame next month. Congratulations to one of the nicest people it could happen to.
Climbed gout a very sick bed to be here. Glad I did these days are always worth it. Legends, Entertainment, and nostalgia in bundles. Well done everyone involved.
Heading home after a genuinely lovely day with so many people and players that I’ve not seen for years. Well done to Kris’s testimonial team for putting it all together. Pictures up as soon as I get home. Stay tuned.
Some moments are just better than others and these moments just make everything worthwhile. Well done to every player, Coaching staff and Fans today.
