Beautifully designed council homes in Haringey. All of the homes are Passivhaus standard, making them super energy-efficient. They’re part of the 1,000 new council homes delivered by the borough, with support from City Hall funding.

This week, acting under delegated authority of @MayorofLondon, I called in the proposed scheme at High Barnet Place. London needs more homes, and the Mayor is committed to boosting housing delivery across the capital. That is why I called in this scheme for further consideration.

It was a joy to visit Wingspan Walk today where @haringeycouncil have built 272 brand new council homes. All the homes are Passivhaus - super energy efficient. They’re some of the 1000 new council homes the borough has built, supported with funding from the @MayorofLondon.
