When Henry Cooper knocked out an inebriated Oliver Reed on the set of a movie named "Royal Flash". After Reed had recovered, he reportedly said to Cooper, "Thanks for the instruction!" 🤣😂😂

29 years ago today, Evander Holyfield toppled Mike Tyson. I feared for Evander coming in. He looked so poor against Bowe (III) and Czyz that I couldn't see anything other than a brutal Tyson KO. This fight blew me away. I didn't sleep for two days. Epic!

It's that time of the year when I boast about being the only British boxing writer who attended Inoue vs. Donaire 1. Still the greatest fight I've ever covered live. Six years ago today. Always there with me. The Ring Fight of the Year 2019 🇯🇵🥊🇵🇭

On this day in 1981, Renaldo Snipes floored Larry Holmes, hurt him bad, and REALLY pissed him off. "The Easton Assassin" fires back in style. And let's talk about the three jabs Snipes tries to land on Holmes during the post-fight melee 🤣

I've been a fan of Canelo for 16 years. I watched him live against Jose Cotto and have seen every fight since. However, "Mexico's GOAT" is a heavy call when you have Olivares, Sanchez, Chavez, Morales, Marquez and Barrera kicking around. He's one of the best and that's enough.

On this day in 2001, Zab Judah was doing well against Kostya Tszyu... until he wasn't. With this spectacular TKO 2 triumph, Tszyu became the first undisputed champ at 140 for 33 years.

Foreman was actually behind on ALL three scorecards and was having his head boxed off before the KO. If you're looking to debate with me, there are two subjects you should avoid: Muhammad Ali and hair dressing.
@Tom_Gray_Boxing That's not what happened in the fight. Foreman was up on the scorecards. Foreman was better than Ali. In a neutral setting (instead of the sweltering "jungle"), Foreman breaks Ali's ribs and wins by TKO.
