Sad news about Neil Sedaka. A true rock and roll legend in the fifties and wrote some great songs throughout his career too (and always kept that sweet, pure voice) I have always loved this version of Breaking Up Is Hard To Do

“Yes It Is” feels like it gets rather forgotten in the Beatles discography as a non-album B-side but it’s got perhaps their best vocal harmonies. I also love the change of texture between verses and the bridges

Just saw a clip from Geese’s NPR Tiny Desk concert. Got to be some kind of psy-op right? One of the shittest bands I’ve ever heard with zero charisma. Who can listen to that lad’s drone and get excited?!
