I’ve just come out from seeing my therapist after a difficult week, and I have only one thing to say: Talk.
For fuck’s sake talk to someone. Anyone. Share your problems and be there for others. We only have each other, and in a world where you could be anything, be kind.
A third of us would put off talking about mental health to avoid an awkward conversation. But talking doesn't have to be awkward.
