Jinrai into overhead is actually optimal meterless damage it seems. Although if you don't drive rush for timing sake, one bar for the heavy charge DP conversion is probably worth most of the time

After further investigation, the drive rush is unnecessary, but there is a small window where they are at the right heigh before they flip out. This works with all 3 versions of jinrai, as long as the height matches the timing.

Cool Sagat Anti-air tech, it seems to be mostly height specific. Works on normal hit as well #SF6_Sagat
