Hi @Dyson just called with support. I have old Dyson but a new one is on its way from your site. Despite your site stating you collect old vacuums, the CSR stated that I must take it to local recycling.

This contravenes WEEE regulations (and your own website) that distributors must take back their products for recycling at end of life. The relevant page on your site, "we can collect your vacuum and recycle it for you"

Hi @TMIrelandHelp, trying to add tickets to my google wallet. The link in your email takes me to your website which says I need to sign in with my google account, clicking sign in with google results in a google page "Access blocked: This app's request is invalid". Please help.

Hi @fastwayireland you have sent notification for planned delivery of a parcel that monsoon said they would cancel as the address is completly wrong. I have not received so called welcome mail from you, so do not see any way to contact you to request return rather than delivery.
