if you are in the market for a job . FOLLOW THIS DUDE. He does recruiting the right way and always has great insight into navigating the sometimes-rough waters of the job market.
in that conversation with the founder i had yesterday. he said 'i get anxiety thinking about getting 10 resumes from you'. i said 'welp good thing i don't operate that way'. again your recruiting partner should not be sending you a crap ton of resumes.

Problem: I use OneNote to take notes so my todos get scattered throughout different tabs. Later I have to go through and parse out my todos manually. Question: Is there an app/extension that can centralize all my todos so I don't have to go through later and extract them?.

This is a graphic I made of all mine and my wife's text msgs since 2015. The one motto we've had through all the ups and downs, through all the everyday chatter is "We got this." And now it will hang forever in our kitchen. Thanks @amuellerml for creating a great wordcloud lib!

some things i've seen: . • lack of DS knowledge at the executive level. • trouble supporting DS engineering-wise and distinguishing DS from traditional software eng . • lack of DS standards and best practices . and love what @lindsey_m_clark said!.

For months I’ve been manually running a python script to load my son’s trello board with his daily tasks. This morning I finally fully automated it with AWS Glue, Cloud Formation, S3, SNS. Next is integrating it w slack to keep pinging his phone when the tasks aren’t done 😆.

Can attest. The first words Chris had for me when I resigned from his team were genuinely congratulatory. Look for a manager that cares about your success regardless if it's with their team or not.
Was called by a team member this afternoon to tell me they were resigning and accepting a new position -- could tell in their voice the level of excitement. My first words were to congratulate them on the new role. How is that not the norm?.

one thing i've learned from building #NLProc systems is that it's so much more than machine learning and that having fundamental knowledge of linguistics is crucial. love @emilymbender's books and can't wait to watch this talk!.

X^1.00001. This is what people mean when they say "exponential impact!" but really mean negligible impact.
