He uses the experiments that were left down in Torture City (Omega's lower lab) for his fights, and will actively try to gaslight others into using too much DT and begin melting (Example: Dexter)

This variant of Omega powers all of his technology with DT (or Determination). Everything he uses that requires fuel (his arm/gunslinger, energy cannons, sentry guns, etc. all run on the stuff. And if he doesn't use up the excess DT? He starts melting like the Amalgamations.

So, yes Omega should be dead. However, Landon, out of boredom, brought another one in. This variant comes from a timeline where nice people are evil and vice versa. So, since Omega was originally nice with his soul.... You see how that's going.
