Chestnut Risotto Special!! Local roasted chestnuts, sauce made w/ mushroom carrots, fennel, garlic rosemary thyme oregano. Risotto made w/ onion garlic, white wine & cream garnish w/ shaved nuts, figs reconstituted in apple cider @ cinnamon, pecorino romano & apple.
