My heart is heavy with the loss of a dear friend and true public servant. Mike Griffin served our country as a Marine and our state as a MHP State Trooper and a MBI agent before he retired in 2021. After his retirement from MHP, he returned to work as an officer for DPS. RIP

34 kilos of cocaine & half a pound of marijuana were seized from this stop. The driver of the vehicle was charged with aggravated trafficking.

If there is a problem, I acknowledge it and start looking for solutions. And there are still plenty of problems we are working to fix. However, I’m proud of our team at the ME’s office and the progress they have made…but hey don’t just take my word on it.
This is the problem when the AP runs a fake news story. It misleads the public and local outlets into following a false narrative. Of course we know why it was done….all part of the liberal machine’s effort to help their friend.
