Underrated Movie Villain: Billy -Refused to believe in Santa despite overwhelming first-hand evidence -Brought negative vibes to a train full of excited kids -Never said thank you for getting hot chocolate -Had a literal magical ticket in his pocket and still doubted

Itās a ridge vent, it allows air and moisture in your attic to escape but keeps the top of the roof waterproof

One of the projects Iāll be doing on my days off is insulating the attic. Iāve been dreading this for quite some time, but you can major tax credits for completing this. With only a few days left in 2025 itās now or never

Great example of why you never pay a contractor 100% in-full up front. In engineering we refer to this as a āretainerā which is usually about 8% of the total cost of the project, and it gets released once the final walkthrough is complete. Whoever built this should get sued
A contractor reviews this deck job and itās brutal: taped boards, cooked foundation⦠honestly shocking no one got sued.

So true and such a shame. If you just show to work, youāre already better than 75% of the competition. And if you just do the job that was asked of you, youāre in the top 1% of your class. Thereās arguably never been a better time to start a service based business than now
We put the winter tires onto the SUV today. Showed up to pick up from the tire shop, my summer tires nowhere to be found. 10mins later, guy finds them in the trash truck. No apology. Pest control guy said he'd show up yesterday. No show. Wife's hairdresser literally didn't make

Agreed, thereās too much misinformation constantly being spread about this. Itās frustrating, weāre currently dealing with this in Ohio
Data centers are not really causing water problems. You shouldn't put one just anywhere. But even if they triple by 2030, theyād require just 8% of the water consumed by US golf courses, as I reported for @PirateWires based on @AndyMasley's work. Stop the AI water doomerism.

Does anyone use margin on $HOOD ? Iām considering using $1000 interest free to load up on more $IREN. Seeing politicians starting to buy it makes me wonder if itās about to rip. Is this a bad idea? Iāve never used margin before
