For context, the most expensive rally event I’ve gone to is a quarter of the cost of rooming at the Hilton… that’s travel, reg, a camp site, and at least 2 meals a day… No wonder I’d rather be riding than going to cons these days. 😅
We got lucky and got a room in the main hotel for @FurFest. But lets talk. This is the price at the Hilton connected to the skybridge. Don't pay this, don't ever pay this. The con is not that worth it, none is. The normal rate is 131$ a night any other weekend...

Over the weekend I was competing in a NAV Rally, two days of over 250km of riding through mixed terrain with nothing but a roadbook to guide me. What I didn’t expect was to win 2nd place in my class for the weekend! Super awesome feeling!
