#ForamFriday with Globorotalia tosaensis! This species of planktic #foraminifera lived from about 2.6 to 0.6 million years ago, and preferred tropical to subtropical waters. G. tosaensis is important in biostratigraphy, using fossils to tell the age of #sediments!
