The Athletic ranks Syracuse's Steve Angeli as the 61st best QB in FBS. He ranks 12th out of 17 ACC QBs. Syracuse will play the top 7 QBs in the ACC, according to this list. Tennessee's Joey Aguilar, who will face SU in opener, is one spot ahead of Angeli.
