I am a veteran (10 yrs).I have walked w heroes. Some gave the ultimate sacrifice. I mourn them still, I will reflect on all the heroes I had the honour of serving with. If you have not done so yet,pls reach out to a veteran and thank them. It means a lot, some may be struggling.

I miss him already. I got so many kind loving empathetic messages yesterday, I cried, today I will reflect, maybe cry a little more. Tomorrow I will rise and continue the important work of Reconciliation. I invite you to rise with me, do it for Murray and the country. Peace/love

He was kind and humble. I became a better professional and human because of him. He changed my life. We would occasionally talk over the past 9 yrs. We would occasionally have dinner, we both loved rice pudding, and would order it when possible and compare.
