Most beneficial supplements for Hoopers πŸ€: - A good multivitamin - High dose Vitamin D - Omega 3 (fish oil) - Creatine monohydrate - Magnesium - High quality whey protein Legit research/evidence to support their use, unlike most other supplements

Hoopers often want me to help them get abs. This is a stupid goal IMO Abs are an "outcome" of several daily inputs/habits: Sleep Nutrition Training Stress Management Having abs won't make you a better Hooper But improvements in these other areas certainly will. πŸ€
