Today is the 31st anniversary of Flame, the album I made with Richard Barbieri. Here’s Brightest Blue (which features the truly brilliant Danny Thompson who died this week): https://t.co/N3crOF18aN

Elvis Costello's Armed Forces, certainly the most elaborately packaged record in my collection!

June Tabor is absolutely unapologetic about not being an entertainer. It was probably the bleakest gig I've ever been to!

With songs for the lost and the lonely, detailing trauma and loss – but hardly ever his own – Bowness’ intensely personal sixth album is another fine addition to his impressive body of work

The Blue Nile's The Downtown Lights had somewhat of a resurgence recently as @taylorswift13 directly referenced both the song on her track 'Guilty as Sin' from her album The Tortured Poets Department. I've still got The Downtown Lights single on the now dead format, mini CD!
